All orders accepted by Gilroy Wilson Shoes are subject to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall govern the contract of sale between the Gilroy Wilson Shoes and purchaser. These terms and conditions will be deemed accepted by the buyer upon placement of an order. These terms and conditions are non-negotiable.

All goods are offered subject to being available. If goods are no longer available Gilroy Wilson Shoes reserves the right to cancel the sale and refund payment.

The photographs used on this website may not give a totally accurate rendition of the actual colour of the product.All dealings between Giroy Wilson Shoes and the purchaser shall be governed by the laws of England and the Courts of England shall have exclusive juristiction over matters arising persuant thereto.

• If the purchaser is not available to accept delivery of goods, risk for loss or damage of goods will pass to the purchaser.
• Gilroy Wilson Shoes reserves the right to reclaim any costs or losses from the purchaser due to payment being refused by the purchaser's credit or debit card issuer or bank.
• A contract of sale between Gilroy Wilson Shoes and purchaser does not exist until an email has been sent to the purchaser confirming payment.

RETURNS POLICY

If on reciept of the goods you decide they are not suitable or they have a fault, they must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Faulty goods should be should be notified to Gilroy Wilson Shoes Shoes prior to return. The cost of returning shoes will only be refunded if they are faulty.

You should pack goods you are returning securely and return them to us, in their original condition, together with your original receipt, original packing and we will refund you. You must obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office when returning goods to us.

Goods lost in transit will only be refunded on proof of postage.
